With over 20 years of experience working for organizations like Oracle, GE Healthcare, Microsoft, and Airbus, I’ve seen firsthand how systems can become stagnant or vibrant, how teams can lose their spark, and how leaders can unintentionally stifle growth.

That’s where I step in.
