Ward brings more than 35 years of technical and leadership experience with ExxonMobil. Mr. Ward was most recently the Lead Country Manager Nigeria and Manager Production Nigeria with ExxonMobil Production Company.

Mr. Ward joined Mobil in 1980 and worked for Mobil Exploration of Producing U.S.

where he held various technical and managerial positions from 1980-1987. In 1987, he transferred to Mobil Oil Indonesia, and became the manager of the Mobil's Arun Field production operations. In 1991, he transferred to Mobil's corporate headquarters in Fairfax, Virginia, where he held various advisory and planning positions in the E&P Division and the Strategic Venturers group.

In 1994, he transferred to Mobil Producing Nigeria, where he was the Capital Projects Manager based in Lagos, Nigeria.
