Dan ettinger biography

Dan Ettinger is regarded world-wide as one of the most sought-after conductors of his generation. He is General Music Director of the Stuttgart Philharmonic Orchestra and Music Director of the Israel Symphony Orchestra, as well as the Israeli Opera in Tel Aviv.

In January of 2023 he assumed his position as the new Music Director of the Teatro San Carlo in Napoli.

Dan Ettinger conducts at some of the world’s most prestigious opera houses, including the Metropolitan Opera in New York, the Washington National Opera, the Royal Opera House Covent Garden in London, the Opéra National in Paris, the New National Theatre in Tokyo, the Zurich Opera House, the Salzburg Festival, and the State Operas in Vienna and Munich.
