Chandra Bahadur Dangi (30 November – 3 September ) (Nepali: चन्द्रबहादुर डाँगी, pronounced[t͡sʌⁿd̪ɾʌˈbʌɦadurˈɖãᵑɡi], or [t͡sʌndraˈbaːdurˈɖãŋɡi]ⓘ) was a Nepali man who was the shortest man in recorded history, measuring &#;cm (1&#;ft 9+1&#;2&#;in).[1][2] He broke the record previously set by Gul Mohammed (–), whose height was 57&#;cm (1&#;ft 10&#;in).[2]
